Chunking-Down Big Dreams, Enormous Goals and Endless Work.


If you have huge tasks, big dreams, enormous goals and endless work please do not kill yourself in the way you think you’ll get everything accomplished in one day or in one big chunk. You need to break tasks down it is an important way to keep you going and motivated you don’t want to be paralyzed by how big your goals are or how much work you have. Break it down and that will help you to achieve your goals and dreams much faster than you’ve imagined. Remember your work should last you forever you’re going to do it until you leave this world you might as well do that what your passionate about 16 hours every day.

Let me give you a personal example. I want to write a book about fitness motivation and make a movie about it, but I hate talking into the camera so I write my thoughts on paper, film and document my workouts to develop my confidence in writing and filming and eventually speaking... Any step closer to your dreams is better than no step forward.  Plus I have no idea what grammar is and I am very Afrikaans and very South African.

Let me give you another example today I wanted to do 5 sets of 5 compound superset exercises, but I realized I would not get the entire workout done within time. That was my goal to finish one upper body workout covering the following muscle groups: Shoulders, Chest, Back, Biceps and Triceps in one hour or less. So I did 3 sets of 5 exercises and finished the whole workout in 53 min with a bit more intensity to it.

So if you have big tasks ahead always remember to chunk it down remember never forget the story about Rome. You can work for 16 hours every day, but you need to alternate what you are doing. Another personal example: you can write one page on your work for 40 min get up go to the bathroom get back write some more and lock your door. Then produce an film post it write some more take another 5 min break do 60 lunges come back write some more etc. You can do this with about anything when your mind rest your body should work and when your body and mind rest your spirit is working think about that all the time if you want to grow and achieve big things.

Never spend more than 5 min talking to someone if you have important tasks to do. You have to decide what is more important your friends, girlfriends or your goals and dreams. We all have 24 hours in a day what do you do with it? 
I am on day 27 of the warrior diet this habit makes you feel like a real fighter even though I am not an aggressive person only when I start working. They should actually call it the warrior fast. For me personally it only started to work when I had nothing to eat during the day if I were to snack on vegetables like some recommend I actually think about food and are hungry all the time If I eat nothing and drink only water I have realized,  it increase my focus and makes me more alert compared to when I had the boiled eggs during the day. 

At night I am very strict with what I put into my body ,because I know I need all the possible nutrients that my body can absorb to get stronger. If you only eat one meal a day it can be very easy to be nutrient deficient so you need to make sure everything you put in your body counts. I usually eat my protein first then vegetables, and then maybe a small potato or 2 to 4 cups of coco milk and later on maybe I have a table spoon of peanut butter with it or boiled eggs. It depends how early I go to bed currently I am eating between the 10 pm to 2 am. Then I fast from 2 am to 10 pm again.
