My 51 days experience with the warrior diet.

I have quit the warrior diet, because it does not serve me anymore I have lost 6.4kg in 51days that is way too much weight to lose in such a short time for my body type. It is easy to lose weight just eat less and train more it is harder to build muscle than to lose weight. So I am going to do the reverse now and gain my 7kg back (hopefully a lot of it will be muscle and not fat) in the next 50 to 60 days it will be my next body transformation. I am thinking which supplements I should use glutamine, Gaba, Tribulus Terrestris some added whey protein or should I just go crazy on the meat. I need to put up the intensity and start stacking up on some coffee beans or Bioplus for the caffeine. Something like that will get my adrenaline up and aggressive enough to put in the intensity I need to build it up for winter.  I will need Calcium supplements as well I have lost some bone density the last week ,because I changed my habit from eating before I go to bed to eating before training the

Your time is valuable don't waste it complaining start doing!

How do you achieve any goal in life? You put in the time and effort. A lot of us will argue I don’t have the time. Let’s look at the time factor a bit closer.   It is not that we don’t have time we all get 24 hours everyday I have never heard of a person say well today I only got 23 hours, because it is Monday. We all have these things on the list that need to be done and if we don’t do them all hell break loose. It’s simple make the list shorter and start by sacrificing certain things on your list. If you’re a complete maniac you may have only one thing on the list, but that’s fine too. Today we have time saving devices. We have cars, buses, trains, planes and bicycles that takes us faster from point A to point B. We have devices that cook our food so we don’t have to chop the wood make the fire to heat the pot and on top of that we have running water so we don’t have to carry our water all the way from the river in to our homes.   We have washing machines so we don’t need to wash

Sweat Coin

Today (Friday) I was supper excited about this new app I discovered. It is based on crypto technology and my change the way we look at fitness and the actual work athletes put in to get to their level of performance where they are. Some just want to cheat the system or looking for short cuts, but there are really no way around hard work. We all heard about Bitcoin and the crazy Bitcoin mining etc... , but what if you could mine crypto currencies with your body? After all the human body is one of the most energy efficient machines on the plannet... Seems a bit farfetched? Well I don’t think we have the technology to measure total power output of the human body and converting it into crypto currencies yet ,but I think it is where we will be going in the near future where athletes actually get rewarded based on their effort be it on the field or in the gym with almost 100% accuracy. So I discovered this new application called “sweat coin” where you can actually get real currency via
