Fit Notes - Fail forward, take action, do, document ,repeat and succeed.
Sunrise... I haven’t done this in a while now my routine is out of whack I
slept from 6 to 11 am. That 2 hours nap on Monday afternoon kept me up the whole night at least I
got to improve on my one mile while others were sleeping. I have so much to do
at any given time insomnia doesn’t bother me anymore I use it to my advantage.
It was not as fun repeating Saturday’s workout as copying and pasting the program on ‘’FitNotes” last night. The graphs are fun you can actually see the volume of all your hard work in actual kilograms and it motivates you if you can see the stats and how strong you get over time. I also like the Body Tracker on the “FitNotes” app you can customize your own measurements. I am officially obsessed about measuring my arms and legs since I’ve discovered that function.
Back to the one mile I decreased my time with 9 seconds at 06 min and 33 sec on the one mile. I would love to run that under 6 sec, but at this stage it feels like I am holding my breath for 6 min while running and the burning in my lungs is excruciating. One mile at that pace it is much harder than to do a slow 10 km run for me personally which doesn’t really help with leg strength and size. What is the point of running further if you can’t run faster? I need speed and a bit volume/size on my legs. I only run 10 km if I want to clear my mind or if I want to burn some extra body fat or if there are mountains and woods around me that is also fun.
Let me take you to the dark side this is the place where everyone should go to and it is where you stop over thinking, stop praying and start doing. You have to beat the hell out of yourself if you want to be successful in life. No one will make it in this new era if they don’t put in the effort. Stop listening to people that tell you, you can’t do this and you can’t do that they will tell you, you can’t, because they are afraid you get hurt or they can’t do the thing you want to do and they are too scared to start taking action towards their own vision. If you do get hurt trying to accomplish what you want would it be worth it?
Allot of people out there are so unhappy with what they currently do that the pain of failure versus trying something new would not even match their agony they are in right now. So why worry about failure you’re going to die anyway you might as well have fun with your work and grind 16 hours every day. I’ll ratter put in 16 hours of work a day doing what has meaning to my life and fail or die trying my best then to live someone else’s life and do what they want me to do ,because the pain of not succeeding is so much more than not to work on your ultimate vision. You need to fight and go to war with your vision.
This I have always applied with my health and fitness, because it is simple and everyone can do this. So I am using this as an example. Before you write down any plans ,do the work first. Otherwise you will never go to the gym if you start by making complicated plans and over thinking it. You can start by walking to the gym and continue on the treadmill and speak to other people that have done this. First get your but to the gym start working out then from there on and start to log/document your training sessions and then you only start creating a plan or program for yourself or you get someone to help you with this.
The bull they thought me at fitness collage does not work in real life you have to get to the gym first then workout and then you worry about fancy plans. I have never started with a workout plan first. I had older friends in high school that could not shook me off ,because I stalked them and they gave up running away from me and started training me I think I was the only one that carried on training they all left. We learnt from trial and error. Do the work first, document it and then set goals. Your trainer can not help you if you do not start by taking action. The internet is filled with fitness instruction and advice you don’t need more advice you need to take action first.
By the way I used the free "endomondo" app to log and track my one mile logs and will edit the link below after I posted the pictures on ''instagram'' here...My ''FitNotes" Logs
